It is always difficult for me to get the perfect creamy, smooth frosting with fresh strawberries. They are so wet! It has never been able to reach my frosting standard (frosting snob). So I use freeze-dried strawberries, which is not my favorite thing to eat directly, because I really don’t like their texture. But when ground, they will be made into a perfect, delicious "powder", made into strawberry-flavored frosting without any artificial strawberry flavor. Bowl with spatula. Lots of strawberry flavor.
